LeadingAge Connecticut & Rhode Island Provider Members: $99
Non-Members: $199

•  Registration is a commitment to pay in full
•  CEU credits will be available to attendees post conference.

Please note: Business members are not eligible to register at the provider member or non-member rate. Businesses wishing to attend the conference must register as exhibitors. No exceptions can be made.

Registration Deadline is May 13, 2026.
Please note that registration is a commitment to pay in full. However, if your organization is undergoing a health inspection survey on the day of the conference, LeadingAge Connecticut & Rhode Island will provide a refund.
We will not be able to provide refunds for any other reasons after May 13.
