Each session breaks down key components—Health Inspections, Staffing, Quality Measures, and QRP—into clear, actionable strategies. Participants will learn how ratings are calculated, how data accuracy and operations impact scores, and how to build a customized, sustainable plan for achieving stronger 5-Star outcomes.
February 25: Quality Measures Decoded (Part 2) - Long-Stay Success Strategies
This session examines the Staffing domain of the 5-Star system. Attendees will learn the specifics of RN hours, total nursing hours, PBJ reporting, and factors that drive staffing star ratings. The session will cover data validation, common PBJ pitfalls, and operational strategies to stabilize staffing performance and improve accuracy of required submissions.
