Roadmap to 5-Star Wins is a focused webinar series designed to help skilled nursing facilities improve performance across all CMS 5-Star domains. Each session breaks down key components—Health Inspections, Staffing, Quality Measures, and QRP—into clear, actionable strategies. Participants will learn how ratings are calculated, how data accuracy and operations impact scores, and how to build a customized, sustainable plan for achieving stronger 5-Star outcomes.

February 11: Staffing for Success: The Road to a Stronger 5-Star Score
This session examines the Staffing domain of the 5-Star system. Attendees will learn the specifics of RN hours, total nursing hours, PBJ reporting, and factors that drive staffing star ratings. The session will cover data validation, common PBJ pitfalls, and operational strategies to stabilize staffing performance and improve accuracy of required submissions.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the PBJ reporting requirements and how staffing star ratings are calculated.
2. Identify the roles of RN hours, total hours, turnover, and weekend staffing in the rating.
3. Explore strategies to strengthen PBJ accuracy and staffing stability.
